Educational Qualification
Ms. Mani Mistry Elavia has done her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Social Work. She is a trained Parental Coach and member of DEEP(Developmental, Encouraging and Effective Parenting). Other areas in which she is trained is, Understanding and Enhancing Emotional Intelligence, Professional Process Facilitation and Facilitation of Play for Peace – Level 1 and Level 2.
She has also participated in Basic and Advanced Process Laboratories conducted by Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences. (ISABS).

Ms Mani Mistry Elavia has a mission to enable parents and teachers to create an enriching and supportive environment for children to succeed in life and confidently face the challenges of the volatile world. She is very well equipped with the knowledge and skills to achieve her vision through individual coaching, insightful workshops with parents as well as developmental workshops for children.
Work Experiences
Ms. Mani Mistry Elavia, popularly known as Grandma Mani in her professional field has been working as Coach and a Counsellor to parents through NGOs and also as freelancer. She has conducted series of training / workshops with Youth on Self Awareness, Developing Healthy Self Image, Confidence Building, Assertion Skills and Communication Skills, empowering workshops with Women, Adolescents and Children on Safeguards against Sexual Exploitation and with parents on Mindful Parenting. During the lockdown she has conducted webinars on ‘Parenting Children during Lock Down’.
She is co-author of a recently published book ‘Values- 16 Steps to Success and is now authoring a book ‘Beyond IQ – Enrich
