Ms. Nirmala has a Master in Education. She is done her graduation in Educational Guidance and Counseling’ . She has done her Diploma in Teaching and Training from Cambridge International . She is equipped in taking online self paced courses for teachers students and professionals.She provides Assessment and Development of Inborn Intelligence and conducting Multiple Intelligence programmes for children.
Approach & Techniques-:
Nirmala uses visual methods like ‘Graphic organizers’ effectively to recognize their individual learning style.She uses healthy practices to maintain brain health throughout life and some memory hacks to improve retention and retrieval.She conducts workshop on Life skills like time management, her methods involves theoretical as well as practical approach of learning through video and picture presentation.
Awards & Achievement-:
Ms. Nirmala has been awarded as a‘Women of Mettle’ in recognition of winning the Start-up Wave Incubation award as part of the Creditree- nurturing women led businesses,Human Rights Millennium Award’ by International Association of Educators for World Peace for motivating to work with full of zeal and enthusiasm in the third millennium and the 21st century.She is a National rank as well as regional rank holder of Karnataka State in the CENTA TPO.
