Mrs.V.R.Vanajaa has done her Masters of Arts in Social Sciences with the specialization in Community Development and Social Work.She has also done Post Graduation in Psychology and Counselling.She has complete her Child Psychology, Parental Coaching, and Career Counselling certification during lock down through online workshops.
Work Experiences-:
Mrs.V.R.Vanajaa is working as a Freelancer for NGOs and doing school/ College counselling and training for employees, school children, teachers and Parents. She has worked as "State Programme Manager" for guaranteeing the girl child with education, nutrition, clothing, health care, recreation, love and support to ensure their reintegration into mainstream Indian society .She has worked as a Family Counsellor in the Family Planning Association of India, Tamilnadu for Planning, Budgeting, Implementation, Administration, Staff appointments and capacity building programmes, Monitoring and evaluation of the programme implementation were the major roles.

With the help Of NLP she provides a set of skills that allow one to develop excellence in specialist performance involving physical skills and behaviours or excellence in thinking communicating .A career counselor is trained to help student with their career choice. Whether the person is new to the working world, or simply desires a change of profession.
