She has done her Master of science in Applied Psychology. For her Research she has carried The study on correlation of emotional intelligence from academic performance among higher secondary school students and its difference between girls and boys. She is a graduate in Psychology and sociology. R. R.Ishwarya is a Certified Career Analyst.
Work Experiences-:
R.Ishwarya has worked as a Student Counsellor to work with students, parents, and educators to help the them succeed academically and socially. She provides one-on-one emotional guidance and help student plan for their futures by guiding them in building a career. Further she also experience in Teaching in the form of Lecturer of Psychology instructing students, and motivating them to participate in classroom discussions,and creates lesson plans.

R.Ishwarya is of belief to understand students inner potential and interest and modify their career path accordingly.She also realized that it is better for an individual to get the problem addressed at much early stage so that they become aware which field will be best suited for them as per their interest, mindset and skills.
