Nirmal has pursued his Masters in Social Work . He is a Certified himself with "Train the Trainer" . Through his Company"Inspire Youth For Change" Mr. Nirmal offers various training programs (life skills/ soft skills/ communication skills), career guidance, counselling ( individual/ group) for schools, colleges and the corporate through innovative contemporary therapy practices through(art/ dance/ music/adventure/ sports).

Nirmal uses a unique combination of innovation come traditional approach of ART as a tool to transfer knowledge to facilitate the clients with an inclusive manner which becomes his key holding.Nirmal helps his clients overcome their obstacles and support their holistic (ACADEMIC, PERSONAL, SOCIAL) growth through innovative contemporary therapy practices.
Area Of Expertise-:
Nirmal provides training on leadership development programs for building a Team Work and on Goal Setting to expand the capacity to perform in leadership roles within organizations. He conduct Motivational Session often bring a different perspective, turning ideas on their head, presenting them in different ways which can help people see things differently.
