In past, Col Uday Jagavkar, had served in the Indian Army & after premature retirement worked in various corporate sectors, in very senior management positions. Post that he started his own enterprise Uniquee Touch, which specalises in Soft Skills Training & Career Counselling. The USP of his programs he brings best practices & ethos of both the Indian Army & the Corporate sector which others may not have due to lack of first-hand experience. He strives to make a difference in individual approach to the career by being a guiding light. He is a visiting faculty in Image Consulting Business Institute & Sr. Career Counselor with I Dream Career, apart from that he is Director of Youth in Rotary Club of Magarpattacity, Pune & Area Director in Toastmasters club which has a global presence.
